We have plenty of news to share. This month we celebrated the promotion of Angelica to Operation Manager, Sharon Tindberg of Success Maid Easy trained our teams for efficiency, Luisa left to take care of her son, and we had our team building day.
Angelica is now in-charge of our overall employee operation. She will be training new employees and will be taking care of on-boarding processes. It is a big promotion for all of us because she has been working with us since 2014. We are proud of her promotion.
Sharon Tinberg is a maid service trainer and coach from Dallas Texas. She used to own her successful cleaning service before she became a business coach to help cleaning business owners. Her one week training on the job site with all of our teams help improved our efficiency. We are thankful we had the opportunity to work with her.
Luisa worked with us for 2 years. She helped us take care of the office while Angelica was on maternity leave. Two weeks ago we had a going away party for her. She decided to devote her time to taking care of her super smart son. We will miss her but we are very happy for her, and we will always have our doors open for her.
Rejoice Maids Fun day! We went to WhirlyBall Atlanta. Our teams had a fun day playing and hanging around each other. We divided each teams, had a little scoring competition. Between pink team Eluvia and blue team Lina. The blue team won!
