Happy April! Sunshine and cool breeze. Great weather. On my way to work in the morning I love seeing the beautiful colors of trees. Spring reminds me of awakening, growing, and flourishing. Very calming and positive.
In the cleaning industry, Spring is well received because of the influx of new spring cleaning jobs. We like Spring. This year we have made many changes to improve our cleaning methodology and services. As we announced last month we hired cleaning industry expert Sharon Tinberg to re-train our staff. This month is the beginning of the implantation of the things we have learned from the February re-training.
In March, we did adjustment and re-configuring what works and what needs improvement. One of the changes we made was to use microfiber cleaning cloth. Totally removing the use of terry towels. We have found out that microfiber towels are more efficient and effective. We have been using this material before but not all out. This time our teams are in full agreement with our Operation Manager Angelica.
Another improvement is the implementation of feather duster. We realized that part of the breakage from our dusting is the microfiber getting caught or stuck to knick-knacks as we are dusting. The solution is a feather duster. A good quality feather duster reaches hard to reach areas and crevices without getting tangled. A very nice addition to our cleaning arsenal.
Those are the two things we have changed so far. I believed there are many more to come as we always look for improvement. Just like Spring, Rejoice Maids will continue to grow as we see change as progress. [br] [br]
