Last Saturday we had training day at Rejoice Maids office. Eluvia our Rejoice Maids trainer trained one of our Rejoice Maids team. Our team arrived at 8am with the big smile and great attitude. We discussed how to create a system that will be use by the whole Rejoice Maids cleaning crew in all of the houses we serve. We also worked on improving our bathroom cleaning process and bed sheet change procedure. We all agreed that our old fashion cleaning method should continue. But with the extra addition of disinfecting process towards the end as finishing touch.
Eluvia, Mayra and Paula did a step by step cleaning of the toilet. The procedure begins with warm water with few drops of dishwashing soap and a sponge. They finished the cleaning with Proctor and Gamble Spic-n-Span disinfectant cleaning solution.
Then we tackled the Rejoice Maids way of making the beds. We tried different variation before we were able to agreed in one process. It was one of those repetitive work we have to do in our client’s homes because most houses we serve have 3 to 6 bedrooms.It was nice seeing our team embracing the change in our process of housecleaning. They like the idea of continuous improvement and the continue training to be a better cleaning technician. As the owner of the company I am most proud!
