How to prevent the spread of flu in your home? It’s that time of year again. The weather is cooler and wet. Flu Season. No one likes to get sick. Like handwashing, disinfecting doors, washing throw blankets, disinfecting remote control, avoid touching your face and cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze. And the most important, the annual flu shot. These are some simple things we can do to help prevent the spread of flu.

With all that, I must add a clean house to the task. In most cases, when you have a clean house, the environment inside your household is healthy. The doors get wipe clean, the throw blankets get a wash, the remote gets disinfect and you cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze. You do all these preventable things because you know the importance of cleanliness.

A clean and organized home produces clarity in the mind and in the environment. If the house cleaning is being kept regularly the likelihood of the flu spreading is minimal. You the homeowner is intentional on keeping your home safe and healthy for your family. That is slowing the spread of flu or any negative element in your home. Just saying, your actions produce a positive or negative effect in your home and your family.

Keep in mind, follow some simple tasks you are already doing in your daily activities. Be cautious. Keep a clean home. And be intentional in your actions. This flu season will be just another season.
