Location – The location of your home helps us determine the cost of your service. If your home resides in a big city where we have many of clients, chances are your costs will be lower. If your home happens to be far away, we will have to charge more for the cost of gas.
House Tidiness – The tidiness of your house has a lot to do with the costs as well. The neater your house is upon arrival the faster we can move onto cleaning. If you have messy rooms in your house, we will have to charge more for the extra time if takes to pick up before cleaning.
Size – Bigger homes take longer to clean, and will cost more unfortunately. If there are rooms that you do not want cleaned, please let us know so they will not be calculated in the cost.
Frequency – How often we clean your home will also have an influence on the price. Expect to pay more for initial and once a month cleanings. Discounts start to take effect with bi-monthly and weekly cleanings.
