Introducing one of our co-workers, Ivonda. She is the mother of 6 boys and 1 girl.
Ivonda loves to cook. As you can see in the picture. She also loves to dance, decorate and clean. Her favorite color is pink, she listens mostly to pop and hip hop music.
Ivonda is active on social media. In fact, she has her own Youtube Channel called Dimepiece ATL. She is also on Instagram and Tweeter where she shows her take on “Mukbang” challenge.
She is sharing her favorite dish recipe called Caldo de Res/Beef Soup.
Ingredients: 2 lbs Beef Oxtail, 4 medium-size potatoes, 6 carrots, 1/2 cup Cilantro, 4 corn,1 Head Cabbage, 1 Jalapeno, 12 oz can of stew tomato, 1 can 12 oz beef stock. Salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the beef oxtail in water until the meat is tender. Add can of stew tomato, beef broth, salt, and pepper to taste. 15 minutes before finish cooking add potato, carrots, corn. Lastly, add all remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla or rice.
