Happy New Year!
Our gratitude to you for allowing us to continue to serve you. My co-workers and I are thankful that you continue to trust us in your home. Something that we valued and take very seriously. Last year was wonderful, this year we are looking forward to new experiences and new things to learn and improve.
As small business, we always look for ways to continue to grow and update with new technology, cleaning method, tools and cleaning solutions. We study, ask questions and try new products to see if we can use it to improve our work. Learning is a big part of our system. Our teams trains whenever possible. The goal is to deliver the best job we could possibly provide.
Update on our community contributions:
We made plenty of efforts to share the blessings in every way we can. Rejoice Maids is a small business but we make sure we take care of our co-workers and we share to the community small financial contributions. We pay our co-workers competitive straight hourly wage, paid holidays, paid time off and we provide daily healthy snacks. We have all day free coffee, bottled water and we celebrate all birthdays with gifts, cakes and plenty of food. We make excuses to have a celebration often, just because. We also, provide thanksgiving turkey to our teams annually, and we have big Christmas Party.
In terms of sharing, we have contributed to Must Ministries Summer Lunch Program, Next Step Ministries, Never Alone, Cherokee Humane Society, ALS Cherokee, and as of last year, we have committed to sending 2 beautiful girls in Kenya to school through Kenia Connect Ministries. They are orphan that needs help. With our monthly support they are now enrolled in school and have been placed in a safe and healthy home.
We also continued our annual gift giving to my native country, the Philippines. Last Christmas eve, our volunteers have given 260 families food. The volunteers distributed rice, spaghetti and fruit cocktails for Christmas eve dinner. Nothing fancy but something to share with the family. Our effort also brought us to India. We have a friend that is involved with an organization that travels to India annually to help distribute contributions from different businesses and organizations to help a feeding program in that country.
All these activities, contributions and efforts are possible because of the trust you have given us. We are fortunate to live in this wonderful country and enjoy the freedom that is not afforded to everyone. For that we are grateful.
As always, we thank you for your continued support, for giving us jobs and for being part of this great community that we serve. We will continue to give the best service we can possibly provide. Our community commitment will continue to grow, God willing. This New Year, we wish you good Health, Peace, and Joy!
